GETTING TO RIM NORDIC
WE ARE LOCATED ON HWY 18, 5 MILES EAST OF RUNNING SPRINGS
ACROSS THE STREET FROM SNOW VALLEY
On the way to Big Bear Lake in the San Bernardino Mountains.
GPS Users – use Snow Valley Mountain Resort for directions, not Rim Nordic. We are directly across the street from Snow Valley.
GPS coordinates by street address is NOT recommended to reach us.
We are in the San Bernardino National Forest and do not have an address.
We watch our local sites for great, current pictures & road information.
Winter Travel: We do not recommend using Hwy 18 on the Lake Arrowhead side of the mountain this winter. Too many road issues. Hwy 330 is the fastest way to our area. We recommend you always check our website prior to heading up the mountain. The law requires that you carry chains at all times during the winter months. Even 4wd must carry chains and you may be asked to show them at check points.
Allow extra time for chain control. Come early, leave early for best skiing.
For additional information, call 1-800-427-ROAD, use Hwy 18 & Hwy 330 to get current conditions and chain requirements. Please always check or call ahead before coming, especially during “bad” weather days.
